Oh yeah, we were at the beach...

So, we camped a block off 101 right in Lincoln City. We were worried that this would be crazy noisy and very uncamp like (even for car camping), but it turned out to be a great spot. Devil's Lake is beautiful and BIG. Dennis and I rode the 10 mile loop around it each day. The campsites were pretty secluded, and convenient to the city!

















We only went to the beach for a little while, but it was beautiful!





















All in all a relaxing time.

A Week Blown at the Beach

So we went to Lincoln City for a few days of camping. While it was over 100 degrees in Portland we enjoyed 65 degree weather. It was partial sun and a little windy at times, but what better weather to blow glass? Miss Cynthia was in her creative element helping to fashion her own glass float at a local glass studio.

Dennis pushed the studio staff for more and created several pieces of art, rather than just a float.
